ReelRoll Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Prodev Infotech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReelRoll on your personal Android device in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your media: All photos, videos, tags, and collections processed in the app belong entirely to you. ReelRoll operates locally; we do not host, access, or claim any rights to your content.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the application.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose.

4. On-Device Operation

ReelRoll relies on your device's hardware decoders and Android media codecs for video playback and reel animations. Playback quality and performance may vary depending on your device's hardware specifications. Videos and audio you export are rendered locally with FFmpeg and saved to Movies/ReelRoll and Music/ReelRoll; you are responsible for content you choose to share.

5. Advertising

ReelRoll is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. By using the app you acknowledge that ads may be displayed in the gallery and studio areas and after a completed export. Ads are never shown inside the editor, during onboarding, or over your media.

Ad content is supplied by Google and its advertising partners, not by Prodev Infotech. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before any ad is requested, and you can change that choice later in Settings → Ad privacy settings. Declining consent does not remove or limit any app feature. See the Privacy Policy for what the advertising SDK may access.

If you hold an active ReelRoll Pro entitlement, no advertising is requested or displayed in the app.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

ReelRoll Pro is an optional in-app purchase that unlocks additional export options and editing tools and removes advertising. It is sold through Google Play and is not required to use the app: every core gallery, editing and 1080p export feature remains available for free.

• Plans: monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, plus one-time lifetime options. The plans offered, the price and the billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and are charged by Google Play in your local currency.
• Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or via Manage subscription in the app's Settings.
• Restore: purchases are tied to the Google account used to buy them. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases on the offer or in Settings.
• Refunds: all payments are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy. Prodev Infotech cannot issue refunds directly; request one through Google Play support.
• Price changes: a subscription price change is notified by Google Play in advance and applies from the next billing period, as required by Google Play policy.
• Limited-quantity offers: a launch price such as the Founders lifetime plan is available only while the stated quantity lasts (the app shows the current limit, for example “first 100 users”). Once it is withdrawn, the regular lifetime price applies and no further purchases at the launch price are possible.
• Rewarded unlocks: free users may optionally watch a rewarded ad to unlock a single gated action, up to a small daily limit. This never grants Pro, never removes ads, and never expires any content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReelRoll is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Prodev Infotech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodev Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

9. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling ReelRoll from your device. Prodev Infotech may terminate this license if you violate any of these Terms.
